DEPRESSION IN ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE STUDY (DIADS) - This trial evaluates the efficacy and safety of sertraline for the treatment of depression in patients with Alzheimer's disease.

HUPERZINE A (ADCS Clinical Trial) - Huperzine A is derived from the Chinese herb Huperzia serrata. Huperzine A may work like and compare favorably to cholinesterase inhibitors like Razadyne (formerly Reminyl), Exelon, and Aricept which are currently in use. However, there have been no controlled clinical trials outside China assessing its efficacy. The present study evaluates huperzine A in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease.
