The Department of Radiology is committed to its tripartite mission of exemplary patient care, research and education. The department strives to maintain the utmost level of professionalism and complete patient satisfaction, while engaging in innovative research, education and training.

The Keck School of Medicine has always been endowed with extraordinary medical educators, clinicians and researchers that have provided us with a strong heritage and a rich tradition of medical excellence. With a commitment to this tradition, the USC Department of Radiology has established integrated radiology training programs that are expertly qualified to train superior radiologists with the highest proficiency in clinical care. We seek to uphold the highest standards in training so that our residents, fellows, medical students and other health care professionals may become tomorrow's leaders in patient care, education and research in the field of Radiology.

The USC Radiology Department is also dedicated to expanding the boundaries of medicine through research. The Department has an esteemed reputation for leading advances in radiologic technology and through research, we seek to continue to increase our understanding of patient needs and to develop innovative and effective methods of diagnosis and treatment, while strengthening our educational programs and supporting the clinical practice.
