Randy Sherman, M.D. serves as Professor and Chief of the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery as well as the American Board of Surgery and holds the Certificate of Added Qualification in Surgery of the Hand. He specializes in reconstructive microneurovascular surgery, aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery, hand surgery, cosmetic surgery, and the care of difficult wound problems.

Dr. Bala S. Chandraskehar is Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of Southern California School of Medicine in Los Angeles. Prior to joining U.S.C. in 1991, he was Chief of Plastic Surgery at City of Hope National Medical Center in Duarte for eight years.

Dr. Downey’s practice encompasses a wide range of plastic surgery, from pediatric plastic surgery to all types of breast surgery, including breast reconstruction following cancer, and cosmetic surgery. She practices a full range of cosmetic surgery including ultrasonic liposuction and C02 laser resurfacing.

Dr. Warren Garner »
As an assistant Professor of Surgery and as Director of the Burn Unit, Dr. Garner heads the Burn Team and manages the 4 month Burn Surgery and Reconstruction training rotation of USC Plastic Surgery Residents. Dr. Garner is a burn/reconstructive surgery specialist, a specialist in wound care management, and a researcher of skin healing and burn wounds.
