The Division of Trauma and Critical Care is dedicated to providing accessible, affordable and culturally sensitive health care, and to offering quality education to the students, residents and fellows of the Keck School. The division is also engaged in innovative research in the field of trauma and critical care and is located at the LAC+USC Trauma Center, a Level I American College of Surgeons-approved trauma center. The center is the largest in the United States and has a formal affiliation with the US Navy for training of navy medical, nursing and paramedical personnel in the field of trauma.
