Registration Information
We offer
four ways to register for a course.
Telephone:
Call the CME Office toll free at (800) USC-1119 or (323) 442-2555,
between the hours of 8:30 am. - 4:30 pm. (Pacific Standard
Time). Please have the course name or course number ready
to give to the Registrar.

Fax:
Click on Courses then open the brochure for the course you wish
to attend. Print and complete the registration form then fax
it toll free to (888) 665-8650 or (323) 442-2152.

Mail:
