Overview of Financial Aid for Health Sciences Graduate Students
USC administers a robust financial aid program for graduate students on the Health Sciences campus. In addition to need-based financial aid, departmental grants, and graduate assistantships/fellowships, the university offers many ways to pay for your graduate studies, including installment plans, prepayment plans and long-term financing options.
Most graduate students who demonstrate financial need and meet all eligibility requirements and deadlines will qualify for low-interest loans and work-study.
The Graduate School and individual schools and departments provide fellowships and other funding assistance for entering and continuing graduate students. In general, fellowships offered through the Graduate School are reserved for study leading to the Ph.D. degree. For more information about sources of financial assistance, inquire at your professional school.
