2. Fax the Keck School of Medicine Graduate Supplemental Form to USC.

4. Respond to additional requests within 30 days.
When we review your completed financial aid application, we may have additional questions. If so, we will contact you immediately. You must respond within 30 days, so that we will be able to reserve funds for you.
We are unable to reserve funds for students who are determined to be ineligible for financial aid, due to failure to maintain satisfactory academic progress, loan default, or citizenship or admission status. You will be considered for the funding that is available at the time you submit additional information or resolve the eligibility issue.
5. Receive notification of your eligibility.
If you are admitted and meet all eligibility requirements and deadlines, we will send notification of your financial aid eligibility within 30 days after your financial aid file is complete.
6. Monitor your status online.

7. Make sure you take your next steps to get your money.
Once you have received your financial aid eligibility, you need to ensure that your aid will be processed and delivered to your USC billing account in a timely manner. If you have been awarded a loan, you must formally apply for it. Next step: Applying for Loans.
