Room Reservations
Reservations may be made for Hastings Auditorium (capacity150),
Doheny Auditorium (capacity 120) and classrooms and
clinic rooms (16 available). The Mayer Teaching
Auditorium is not available at this time.
Room reservations are accepted between 8:30 am and
5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Payment by internal
requisition or check is required on the day of the event.
Due to limited space availability, a fee of 20% of the
established room and/ or equipment rate will be assessed
if scheduled space is not used or cancellations are
not received at least 5 working days prior to the reservation
date.
Fees for the use of auditoria, classrooms, and audiovisual
equipment are assessed based upon the category, location,
and time of use. Use of the facilities or equipment
does not suggest or imply USC or Keck School of Medicine
affiliation or sponsorship of any program. Services
are not provided to the LAC + USC hospital complex.

"Health Sciences Users" refers to the School
of Pharmacy, USC Independent Health Professions including
Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Biokinesiology
and other departments, institutes and centers designated
as belonging to Health Sciences. These also include:
Norris Hospital, University Hospital, Zilkha Institute,
USC Credit Union, Staff Development, Payroll, Personnel
and others. **Equipment and technician services are
subject to a fee*

Custodial services are required for events that occur
on weekends and are charged at $30.00 per hour for a
