A broad range of audiovisual equipment is available for rent, including data and video projection equipment, video equipment, and sound equipment.

Equipment should be requested at least 2 business days prior to the event. Same day requests and those received less than 24 hours before they are needed will be charged a $25 rush charge in addition to the equipment and delivery charge. A delivery fee will be charged to groups whose event is held outside the regular service area (Keith Administration, Hoffman Research, Bishop, Mudd, McKibben, Doheny Vision Research Center (Ambulatory Health Center), Norris Medical Library, Norris Cancer Hospital, Edmondson Faculty Club, School of Pharmacy and the Plaza Marketplace). This fee will be waived if the users pick up the equipment and return it within two hours of the end of the program. Payment for equipment rental is required at the time of pick up or delivery.

Audiovisual Services cannot be responsible for solving problems occurring with equipment owned by departments or individuals. Technicians will not operate equipment other than that owned by or used in conjuction with AV Services. However, AV Services may provide emergency troubleshooting for projection problems at $50.00, if a technician is available. If the service requires rental of AV's equipment, the above fee will be cancelled, but all customary charges will apply.

** Equipment becomes the full responsibility of the renter/borrower/user during the loan period. Any loss or damage is subject to repair or full replacement costs.
