ZNI Seminar Room Rate Schedule

Room Charges
(includes only microphone, whiteboard and markers)
1-4 hours $40 flat fee
4-8 hours $80 flat fee

A/V Services (added to Room Charges)
(includes any or all: LCD, 35mm or overhead transparency projector(s); data port connection, laser pointer)
1-4 hours $50 flat fee
4-8 hours $100 flat fee

Sample: 1 hour lecture using LCD projector incurs a $90 fee; all day event with mike only, $80.

Notes

  1. Above rates are for USC non-ZNI entities only and payable via USC internal requisition (including Childrens Hospital LA and House Ear Institute); requests from entities outside of USC are quoted separately and availability is at the discretion of the Institute.
  2. Set-up and breakdown services must be contracted separately through O&M and paid by the party holding the reservation.
  3. Limited availability for evening or weekend events; after hours events are subject to separate rates and conditions, at discretion of the Institute.
  4. All reservations must be made online at www.usc.edu/zni - inquiries or requests for quotes should be sent via email to zni@usc.edu.
  5. Aside from the Herklotz Seminar Room, other rooms may be available on a limited basis for smaller groups; separate rates and conditions may apply.
