| Work orders can be submitted three different ways: |
- by sending an email
to kecktech@usc.edu
- by calling (323) 442-4444
- by visiting our offices in KAM-B28

| Critical or urgent requests should always be communicated directly to Keck Tech personnel either by phone or in person. |

| Tracking Work Orders |
| All requests are entered into
our help desk application where a work
order is generated and a confirmation email is sent to the
requestor. Upon review of the work order, a technician is
assigned. The help desk application is used to track, organize and report
on work orders, our subscribers and their computers. |

| Kech-Tech subscriptions include access to the following software

- Microsoft Windows XP Professional operating system
- Microsoft Office Suite, Publisher, Visio, Project for Windows
- Microsoft Office and Entourage for Macs
- Anti-Virus for Windows machines
- Server based anti-spam filtering
- Enterprise Anti-Spyware for Windows machines
