Tina Pakfar
Executive Director of Development
Tina Pakfar is in charge of all fundraising activities at the USC/Norris
Comprehensive Cancer Center. She specializes in Major Gifts fundraising
and Board Development. Her primary areas of responsibility include
women's cancers and prevention and the Department of Hematology.
Currently she and her team are raising funds for recruitment of
world class scientists to fill the new Harlyne J. Norris Cancer
Research Tower. Additionally, she is in charge of ongoing fundraising
for research, clinical trials, capital equipment and educational
programs.

Jennifer Cumplido
Administrative Assistant
Jennifer is responsible for assisting in all aspects of major gift
fundraising and annual giving, as well as patient fundraising for
the USC/Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Brittany De La Torre
Manager, Special Events
USC/Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center
Brittany De La Torre is responsible for the planning and implementing
of all USC/Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center special events, including
the Norman Topping Dinner, Swing Against Cancer Annual Golf Tournament
and all other donor recognition receptions. She is an alumnus of
the Annenberg School of Communication at USC.

Janet S. Morgan
Director of Development
USC/Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center
Janet is responsible for major gift fundraising in the areas of
Colorectal and Gastrointestinal Cancers, Head and Neck Cancers,
Lung Cancer, and Radiation Oncology. She works closely with scientists,
clinicians, and grateful patients to raise funds for cancer research
and treatments. She oversees the fundraising efforts of several
fundraising groups. Janet holds a degree in English Literature from
the University of California, Los Angeles.

Carmy R. Peters
Director of Development
USC/Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center
Carmy Peters' primary areas of responsibility include men's cancers
and prevention (Department of Urology), Mesothelioma, and brain
cancer. She is also responsible for major gift fundraising and several
volunteer fundraising groups, as well as all donor recognition.

Tonya Strom
Assistant Director of Development
USC/Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center
Tonya manages the The Leadership Circle program (formerly Cancer
Research Associates), USC Norris Tribute Funds program, annual donors
and direct mail donors. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota,
Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication
and a Minor in Spanish. Tonya also attended the University of Southern
California where she received her Master of Arts in Communication
Management in 2000.

Freda White
Administrative Services Coordinator
Freda provides a variety of administrative services for the USC/Norris.
She was the former Office Manager and assisted the Director of Planned
Giving. She has been with the university since 1998, joining the
Keck School of Medicine in July of 2002.
