Executive Secretary
 Eva Blaauw provides administrative support for the associate vice president and staff of Public Relations and Marketing. Her duties include directing incoming office communication requests and inquiries and, more recently, assisting with the coordination of Keck School of Medicine events and department projects.
Eva manages the HSC Weekly Calendar of Events and distribution of the publication. She recently has been responsible for compiling internal and external mailing lists for Keck School of Medicine announcements and departmental publications.
Eva joined the department in 2005. She previously served as secretary for a Los Angeles-area elementary school, where she provided administrative support for the principal’s office, directed admissions and coordinated fundraising and school events. She held that position for nine years.
