Katie Neith

Katie Neith serves as editor of USC Health Now, an online consumer health publication that features timely tips from experts at the Keck School of Medicine and other Health Sciences schools. She is a staff writer for the Public Relations and Marketing office, also contributing to other print and online publications. Her writing assignments include medical and sciences stories, faculty accolades, consumer health news and organizational news.

Katie joined the Public Relations and Marketing office in 2007. Her previous editorial experience includes serving as the managing editor of Nurses World Magazine, a regional publication targeting the nurses of California, and as the assistant editor of MAMM, a national magazine for women with breast and reproductive cancers. Additionally, Katie has worked as a behavioral research assistant in the Population Science Division at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia, as well as in the Research and Evaluation Core at AIDS Project Los Angeles.

Katie holds a bachelor's degree in journalism and mass communications from New York University.
