Research Interests

Dr. Jelliffe's USC Laboratory of Applied Pharmokineteics is a resource for optimal study and control of pharmokinetic and dynamic systems and for optimal individualization and precision of drug dosage and requirements. It is supported national center for research resources and the national lihrovy of medicine. The USC and PACK collection of computer setlicence for OC's and for acess to the USC Cray JB3 parallel computer permits both patometer and nonparometer population modeling of drug behavior and optional clinlcal individualization of dosage requests of many drugs. Since 1966 our lab has developed for optional individualization of drug dosage regimins. Since 1973 our laboratory of Applied Pharmokinetics has continuied to resolve and enchance such setlucre.
