The Divisions of Music Operations and Technology provide services and strategic planning for the faculty, staff, students, and patrons of USC's Thornton School of Music. Under the direction of the Assistant Dean for Operations and Facilities Planning, Jeffrey de Caen, these divisions have grown to include information technology, multimedia services, piano technology and maintenance, student performance and practice resources, facilities management and planning, classroom and performance scheduling and event production.
