Biography
Jerry Del Colliano is a nationally recognized expert on broadcasting and the music industry. He has enjoyed a career in major market broadcasting in front of the camera, over radio airwaves, in radio program management, publishing and Internet publishing and teaching. Respected for his vision on the future of media – new and old as they converge – his comments have appeared in a wide variety of media including network television and radio, radio stations, business and consumer newspapers and magazines.

EXPERIENCE
- Publisher of Inside Radio, a respected broadcasting industry trade publication for 27 years until it was sold to Clear Channel Worldwide in August, 2002. Inside Radio was known for its investigative journalism and its future of radio perspective. Also founded and operated a website, InsideRadio.com and a print publication, Radio Only Magazine. Planned and ran executive level seminars and conferences for Inside Radio, Inc in Princeton, NJ, Scottsdale, AZ and Los Angeles, CA.
- Program Director for two Philadelphia radio stations in the early 1970s – WIBG, (a top 40 station) and WIFI-FM (a pioneer FM rocker).
- On-air talent at WIP-AM, WIBG-AM (1968), WDVR-FM (now WBEB-FM) in Philadelphia in the mid to late 1960s.
- Television news reporter, booth announcer, news brief anchor and general on-air talent at WFIL-TV (now WPVI) Channel 6 in Philadelphia when it was owned by Walter Annenberg in the 1960’s.
- Author of The Future of Radio, a book about radio in an era of consolidation and convergence. • Instructor, Dale Carnegie Course for eleven years from the 1980’s through the early 1990s.
- Currently a management and motivational speaker based in Scottsdale, AZ specializing on the next generation.
