International students who are not permanent residents of the United States are not eligible to receive federally-funded need-based financial aid.
Domestic Students
New applicants to the USC School of Pharmacy will be mailed instructional materials in January.
Required documents

Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or renewal FAFSA
The completed application should be mailed to the Federal Processor two weeks prior to the March 2nd deadline. Applications are also available online at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov. Online applications should also be completed two weeks prior to the March 2nd deadline. -
USC Supplemental Financial Aid Form for Graduate and Professional Students
The completed form should be submitted directly to the USC School of Pharmacy Financial Aid Office by February 22nd. -
SIGNED copy of 2007 IRS 1040 form for both student and parents (with W2s and all schedules or a USC Statement of Non-Filing if no tax form was filed)
The completed form should be submitted to the USC School of Pharmacy Financial Aid Office. -
USC Parent Information Statement
This should be submitted directly to the USC School of Pharmacy Financial Aid Office.

Important Notes
Students are required to reapply for financial aid every year to receive financial aid for each subsequent year.
All students, continuing or entering (whether they have been admitted or not), should complete their financial aid forms by the required deadlines.
Each student should complete the parent section of the FAFSA and submit parent IRS 1040 forms, even if the student is considered independent. Parent information is required for consideration for certain Federal scholarships and loans administered through the School of Pharmacy.
Graduate Students
All students entering the School of Pharmacy's Pharm.D. program will have completed the equivalent of 90 semester units and are therefore classified as Graduate Students.
