The Proteomic Core Facility at the USC School of Pharmacy utilizes
advanced mass spectrometry to measure the molecular mass of proteins of
interest.
Protein identification by mass spectrometry has emerged as a
powerful analytical method for both basic biological and clinical
research.
Established in 2003, the facility is a partnership between the
School of Pharmacy and the Provost's Genomic Advisory Group to serve
the needs of USC's research community.
