About the Lab
The USC School of Pharmacy Flow Cytometry Laboratory, located on the 4th floor of the Pharmaceutical Sciences Center, is equipped with up-to-the-date instrument that enables multicolor flow cytometric analyses and sorting. This school-wide core laboratory is open to all USC researchers and provides expert advice and technical training concerning experimental design, instrument operation and data analyses.
Resources
The Histology Laboratory houses the following instrument:
BD LSR II Flow Cytometer
Configuration:
- Three fix-aligned, air-cooled lasers: 355nm UV, 488nm Blue, and 635nm Red
- Optics capable of capturing a wide range of emission wavelengths
Capacity: Equipped with 3 lasers, allows for detection of up to 8 colors simultaneously.

Scheduling
