USC Price School Celebrates Naming Gift
February 7, 2012
On Tuesday, Feb. 7, the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy celebrated the $50 million naming gift from the Price Family Charitable Fund to honor the life and legacy of entrepreneur and philanthropist Sol Price, the founder of Price Club. USC President C. L. Max Nikias and Dean Jack Knott each delivered remarks at the special event, held in front of Lewis Hall. Among the attendees were Robert and Larry Price (sons of Sol Price) and their families; Costco CEO Jim Sinegal; members of the USC Board of Trustees; Price School students, faculty, staff and alumni; senior university administrators; and USC deans.
