What you expect to learn from the Berlin Lab?
It would be interesting to compare the place arts,
culture, and entertainment play in activating urban life in degraded
areas, and the way they are integrated: as independent single large
scale projects, or as a network of large, medium, and small projects.
In my opinion, Los Angeles, and many other cities, could learn from
revitalization of degraded areas from the urban rehabilitation of Berlin.
