E-Governance Presentation (April 2005, Sacramento)
Co-hosted by the USC California Policy Institute and the California Research Bureau

Dr. Curtin provided an overview of the status of California e-government, the needed improvements to the state’s infrastructure and capacity, how the governor's proposals match with the needs of the state, and the costs associated with those proposals. Clark Kelso, the state’s Chief Information Officer, provided his perspectives on the direction of the state.
