Pomona Area Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy

In their Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy for the Pomona Area, USC Center for Economic Development staff identified a six-part strategy that includes corridor and cluster-based development, international trade, mixed-use development, workforce development, transit-oriented development and the attraction of high-tech industry. The economic vision developed was a result of the Center’s partnership with the City of Pomona, Fairplex, Pomona Unified School District (PUSD), and the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona (Cal Poly Pomona).
