Biographical Sketch
Hilary Bradbury Huang, Ph.D., is an expert on the business aspects of sustainable development and the organizational change required for the “greening” of business value networks. She teaches doctoral and executive seminars nationally. She edited the bestselling Handbook of Action Research (Sage, 2001, 2007) which outlines a participative approach to change through actively involving key stakeholders. She has authored dozens of papers and chapters for management journals. She consults to businesses and industry associations on sustainability strategy development and employee engagement. She is Editor in Chief of the international, peer reviewed Sage Publication Action Research Journal. She is founder and principal of ARSECC.Network, which supports collaboration between social scientists and community co-researchers in escalating sustainability efforts. She is politically active in her community. She lives with her family in Los Angeles.
