California Housing Futures project is a research program of the Population
Dynamics Research Group, a research unit of the School of Policy, Planning,
and Development at the University of Southern California. Principal
Investigator is Dowell Myers, Professor of Urban Planning and Demography.
Principal Consultant to the project is John R. Pitkin, Analysis and
Forecasting, Inc., Cambridge, MA. A number of USC faculty and students have
participated in various portions of the research program.
Principal
sponsors of the research program have been the Fannie Mae Foundation, the
California Department of Housing and Community Development, and the School of
Policy, Planning, and Development.
