Introduction

The Lusk Center seeks to serve the real estate industry by providing avenues for employers to readily access talented young professionals. Real estate education at USC is available at both the undergraduate and graduate level, training students for both entry and mid-career positions in all facets of the profession. At the Lusk Center's Real Estate Industry Night employers are able to make initial contacts with students. Students' resumes are distributed though the Lusk Resume Book Employers are able to post job openings which are distributed to current students and recent alumni. The annual Lusk Real Estate Employment Report summaries the placement and salaries of USC real estate graduates.

Industry Night

This annual event -- the most significant of its kind in the U.S. -- serves as a networking and information gathering session for industry firms to meet USC real estate students. Over 150 students representing six different degree programs participate. The real estate profession is represented by some 70 companies from a wide breadth of real estate sectors, including: asset management, banking, brokerage, consulting, development, finance, investment banking, and mortgage banking. If your firm is interested in taking part, contact Sonia Savoulian.

Resume Book

To ensure the real estate industry's awareness of the talent graduating from USC's various real estate degree programs each year the Lusk Center produces an annual resume book which includes a full-page resume of our program's graduates. This publication is circulated to a wide audience in the real estate community. Current USC students who are members of the Trojan Real Estate Association or the Graduate Real Estate Association may submit their resume for inclusion in the Resume Book.

Resume Books are published in February. If you would like to request a copy, please complete the form. For additional information, contact Sonia Savoulian.

Real Estate Employment Report

Each year the Lusk Center releases a Real Estate Employment Report summarizing the placement and salaries of recent graduates from USC's real estate degree programs including the Master of Real Estate Development, the Master of Business Administration real estate concentration, the Bachelors in Business Administration real estate concentration, and the Bachelors in Public Policy, Planning, and Management. This information provides valuable input to employers on average salaries within various real estate sectors and positions.
