Registration
Washington students may participate in touchtone registration or register via the USC Website. Guidelines for registering, general instructions, including registration deadlines, billing information and payment deadlines may be found in the Schedule of Classes.

Web or Phone Registration
You can register by phone (see steps 1–4 below) or via the web using USC's Online Registration System (see step 4 below).
- Call (213) 740–8500 to obtain permission to use our touchtone system. After the first semester of registering via touchtone, you should not need to call for an appointment time.
- Call (213) 740–3705 to be automatically connected to the host computer. A touchtone worksheet with instructions on gaining a touchtone appointment time may be found in the in the Schedule of Classes (Click on the relevant semester, then click Information, then click on Touchtone Worksheet. The worksheet may be downloaded in a PDF format)
- Questions regarding touchtone registration should be directed to the USC Registration Office at (213) 740–8500.
- Your Student ID number is your social security number or the nine–digit number USC has assigned to you. Your six–digit access code is your birth date. For example, if your birth date is February 5, 1965, your access code is 020565. The three–digit code for the Fall 2004 semester is 043.
Online Course Schedule
After you register, you may view your course schedule online using OASIS. If after viewing your account on OASIS, if you find you are in the wrong class, you may change your program by first adding the correct class and dropping the incorrect class.
Tuition Refund Insurance
This elective insurance provides full coverage of tuition and fees in the event that serious illness or an accident necessitates a student discontinuing before the semester is completed. Information can be found in the Schedule of Classes (Click on the relevant term > Information > Tuition and Fees and scroll down to Withdrawal/Tuition Refund Policy.)

Class number refers to the five–digit number that begins with 97 that's associated with the section of PUAD 794 you wish to take.

Dates for Registration
Please adhere to USC's registration deadlines listed under the calendar section in the Schedule of Classes (Click on the relevant term > Information > Registration Dates, Times and Instructions.)
Failure to register and settle fees on time will result in late fees. The late fee schedule is listed below.
- One week after the deadline—$100
- Two weeks after the deadline—$200
- Three weeks after the deadline—$300
- After the third week, an additional $25 will be added each week to the $300 late fee until the settlement of the account.
Tuition and Payment
The tuition fees for the Academic Year 2003-04 are $949 per unit or $1,898 per class.
Non–receipt of a bill does not relieve you of payment obligation. You can make your payment by:

- Check—Mail the payment to:

Mailed payments must be post marked before the deadline. Be sure to include your name and USC ID Number are on your check.
