International Students
USC enrolls more international students than any other U.S. university. Twenty eight percent of the graduate students in the School of Policy, Planning, and Development (SPPD) are from other countries, including Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Iran, Israel, Japan, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Mexico, Pakistan, Peru, Romania, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Trinidad, Turkey, Uganda and Zimbabwe.
USC's location and temperate climate in Los Angeles create a community that is welcoming to individuals from foreign countries. There are numerous international neighborhoods not far from the University Park Campus as well as places of worship, restaurants and entertainment representing many cultures around the world.
