Primary Care Appointments

If you are a student on the University Park campus and you would like medical services, please call our appointment line at (213) 740-2778.

If you are a student on the health sciences campus, you will receive services at the Eric Cohen Health Center.

If you have never used the medical services at the UPHC, please print out and complete a copy of the UPHC patient history form and give it to a staff person at the front desk when you check in for your first appointment.

Canceling Primary Care Appointments
To cancel an appointment call the 24-Hour number: (213) 740-0201. Please indicate the type of appointment or the name of the clinician you are canceling your appointment with. A 2-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a $20 charge to your USC student account.

Specialty Care Appointments

Specialty Care Appointments
We have many options for specialty and alternative medical care, including: acupuncture, allergy, chiropractic, dermatology, orthopedics, and physical therapy. To utilize these services, you must have a referral from a UPHC medical services provider.

Please call the appointment line at (213) 740-2778 to schedule an appointment with a provider for appropriate treatment and possible referral.
