Physical Therapy
About this servicePhysical Therapy is one of our specialty medical care services on the University Park Campus (UPC). It is provided by faculty of the Division of Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy. Our physical therapists use progressive techniques and the latest scientific information to provide you with effective goal-oriented care emphasizing optimal function. How to utilize this serviceIn order to use the physical therapy services on the UPC, you MUST: Have a referral from a UPHC medical services provider or an outside provider. Be enrolled as a student at either: - USC University Park Campus - Hebrew Union College - USC Language Academy If you fulfill both of these requirements, you are eligible for up to 8 physical therapy visits per academic year. If you need additional therapy and you have the USC Student Insurance Plan, or another non-HMO insurance plan, you may continue care on the UPC. If you have an HMO insurance plan, you will be referred accordingly. You can make an appointment by phone or in person. If you make your appointment by phone, you MUST present your referral at your first appointment or risk cancellation of that appointment. Please consult your referring physician regarding the appropriateness of these videos relative to your condition.
