Student Health Advisory Council (SHAC)
SHAC is a registered USC student organization that advises the Executive Director of the University Park Health Center on the best use of the Student Health Fee to advance the health of USC students.
SHAC meets at noon in SHC 200 on the first and third Friday of every month. It is voluntary and only requires attendance to get involved.
SHAC is excellent experience for all students, however it may be of special interest to Pre-Medical, Health Promotion and Disease Prevention and Health Administration majors.

Student Work Experience
If you have work-study, we may have a position for you in Medical Services. Applications are accepted two weeks prior to the start of each new semester. Call the UPHC Personnel Coordinator at (213) 740-0242 for more information.
Positions are also available for work-study and non work-study student workers at Health Promotion and Prevention Services. Contact the Director of HPPS at (213) 740-4777 for more information.
