Zen Buddhist Association provides a weekly Zen meditation session for beginners on campus. This session features Sitting Zen, Motion Zen, Zen life style, etc. Zen meditation improves physical and mental health and relieves stress. Regardless your religious background, you are welcome to join us!
Time: starting Feb. 5 through April 1, every Tuesday 5-6 pm
Place: URC-205 (University Religious Center)
Naive beginners welcome for the first 3 weeks (after which please contact us before you come, so we can make arrangements to review basics for you before the session). Loose-fitting clothing is recommended. Do not plan to attend immediately after dining. We will be sitting on the floor. Foam mats are provided. If softer mats needed, please bring your own.
