Please note that the Office of International Services is sharing this public information with its students. We do not know the landlords, nor do we guarantee any of the information provided below. Please research all housing situations carefully before signing a lease with a landlord or management company. You may also check more sources for apartment hunting at the bottom of this page.
If you want to post an ad for an apartment-for-lease then please email InternationalHousing@usc.edu. Note: For all the Students and others, when you post your ad in any of the available resources, you may have to face the problem of bogus emails from U.K., Australia or any other countries replying that they are interested in your house and they send you a bogus(invalid) cheque of extra amount of money and request you to send the balance money through Western Union or any other source.
So, Friends be aware of these people and don't take any quick decisions. Please ignore these emails. They are not the genuine people and the cheques they send you are invalid cheques.
