USC SCREENING/IMMUNITY REQUIREMENTS
|
The University of Southern California requires the following for all new, incoming students:
Measles and Mumps Immunity Requirement
TWO doses of MMR vaccine or proof of Measles and Mumps immunity prior to their first semester of enrollment at USC.
Tuberculosis Skin Test Requirement
All International Students are required to be screened for tuberculosis in the United States or Canada within 6 months prior to their fi rst
semester of enrollment at USC.
The deadline to meet these requirements are:
Semester Deadline
Incoming Students for Fall 2007 September 7, 2007
Incoming Students for Spring 2008 January 25, 2008
Failure to submit the required documents by the deadline will result in a $25 late fee and a hold placed on the student’s account.
