The SCholars Program is a collaborative initiative between the University of Southern California (USC), East Los Angeles College, Los Angeles Trade Technical College and Los Angeles City College. The program’s primary focus is to identify high-achieving community college students and encourage them to transfer to selective public and private universities.

Through the SCholars Program, the University of Southern California aims to support the continued academic success of each student, increasing access to the nation’s leading colleges and universities for first generation, low- to moderate- income and underrepresented students.
