This site can help you understand the judicial process and answer frequently asked questions. Our site is organized into several sections which are navagable via the toolbar to the left.
Students - In this section, students will find helpful links for understanding the USC Judicial process. A series of links allow students to browse the Student Conduct Code, the expectations for community standards and behavior, as well as sections regarding specific issues related to university governance, sanctions, and appeals. A specific section explains the group responsibility policy for on campus organizations. A FAQ section answers questions commonly asked by students.
Faculty - In this section faculty can learn about identifying student misconduct, download Appendix A & B, forms for reporting academic violations and appropriate sanctions. Two publications help faculty understand how to handle potential student misconduct in the classroom.
Resources - This section provides links to various resources available to the USC community as well as information regarding academic related issues. Students have the opportunity to get involved with Trojans for Integrity, a student run organization promoting academic integrity, find resources for improving academic performance, or download instructional publications on plagiarism and other academic integrity issues.
