A waiver is available for students, giving the Office of Student Judicial Affairs and Community Standards the right to share confidential materials related to a particular case with designated individuals.
To download the waiver, click the link below. To submit the waiver, please print it, fill it out completely and then mail or deliver the waiver to the Office of Student Judicial Affairs and Community Standards, Figueroa Building (FIG), Room 107. |
