How do I evaluate results?

Once you have collected the data and information, synthesize the results and find commonalties with the information.  Discover what your stakeholders are learning from your program and/or service and what they are lacking.  Are the learning deficiencies similar to those you identified?  If so, your assumptions were correct, if not then you are presented with a new learning deficiency to address.  Whatever the deficiency may be, these are your new problems.  In addition, you may have uncovered new successes for your program.

You should identify changes you can make within your problem to alleviate these learning deficiencies.  Again, consider what is within your means and be conscious of your resources.  You may need to make moderate changes at first or even reevaluate this program’s existence.
