Discuss your findings
Now comes the time to share this information with others within your department. You may want their viewpoints for program changes as well as the opportunity to brainstorm how your department can work together to create positive changes for this program and/or service. This is the time to discuss the outcomes with colleagues involved with the program and/or service. Choose the best method to present this information. You may show the data at a meeting, create a report, or make a PowerPoint presentation. You decide your presentation method, but remember the purpose is to preserve and discuss your findings.
