Identify what resources (financial, staff/faculty support, technologies, etc.) you feel are required to implement your assessment plan. Create a list with your assessment team. Some examples are below.
- Financial.
Ask yourself, do you need additional funding? How much funding is required in your programs and/or services budget?
- Faculty and Staff Support. Do you need to develop consensus from colleagues, your supervisor, or students?
- Technology. Do you need software, hardware, access to a web-site, survey, etc.?
- People/Materials/Supplies. What additional materials do you need (i.e. brochures, survey packets, guest speakers, answer sheets, etc.)?
- Classroom/Meeting Rooms. Do you need access to classrooms, conference rooms, large meeting rooms, etc.?
- Staff. Do you need additional staffing (student workers, graduate assistants, professional staff, etc.)?
- Existing Data. Have you explored what data you offer or what others may have presented (i.e. student outcomes research, etc.)?
