Howard University Exchange Program

Despite the fact that Los Angeles is a major metropolitan city, it lacks a historically Black college or university. The Howard University Exchange Program gives students a chance to study and experience college life at a historically black college or university. Students have the option of spending one semester or a full [ 4 ] academic year in the exchange program.

Learn of the wonderful opportunities to study abroad at Howard University and other schools around the world as part of your USC experience. Information will also be available regarding scholarship opportunities to study abroad and which study abroad programs best suite you so that you can still graduate in 4 years! RSVP by September 5th at cbcsa@usc.edu with the subject "RSVP Howard/Overseas."

Studying abroad is about much more than just travel. It is a unique opportunity to broaden your horizons, see the world from a different perspective, and take control of your future. No matter what your post-USC plans are, having a global mindset and international experience will help you achieve your goals. The US is a place where many different cultures, languages and people mix everyday. Studying abroad will not only help you relate to the outside world, but to our own diverse society.
