Orders were distributed in Hahn Plaza, from April 27 through May 15, 2009.
If you did not pick up your book during that time you will need to stop by our offices in Student Union, Room 404, during normal business hours. We are open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to noon, and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
To pick up your book, please be sure to bring your USCard (even if you paid via credit card), and a print-out of your confirmation email, if available.
If you paid via credit card and do not have a USCard available, please bring a government-issued photo ID and your confirmation email.
If you elected to ship your yearbook when you placed your order, your order will be prepared and shipped as soon as possible, and we are unable to cancel shipment.
All shipped El Rodeo orders will be sent via the United States Postal Service media mail with signature confirmation, and generally arrive within two to three weeks of your order.
If you elected to pick up your yearbook when you placed your order, you can contact our offices to pay the additional shipping and handling and change your order from "pickup" to "shipping."
We can add shipping onto your order for an additional $10 charge. This extra shipping charge can be paid via credit card or personal check through the mail.
To pay via credit card: Please be aware that, to ensure your safety, we do not store credit card numbers, so in order to charge you the additional shipping amount, we will need you to call our office during business hours so that we can process the additional shipping charge over the phone. Please call our offices Monday through Friday, 9AM to noon or 1PM to 5PM, at (213) 740-2707. When calling, please let us know that you have previously ordered El Rodeo, and just need to provide your credit card information to be charged for shipping your El Rodeo order. If you have your order number (from the confirmation email) available, please let us know what it is, as that will help to ensure that we credit your shipping to the right order!
To pay via check: please send a check, payable to "El Rodeo," in the amount of $10.00, along with your full mailing address, and a copy of your confirmation email or order number (if available) to:

Until we receive payment, your order will remain pickup only. The books will be available in the Student Publications office, Student Union 404, during our normal business hours.
Once we receive your payment for the additional shipping, we will switch your order to shipping only, and the book will be shipped as Media Mail with Signature Confirmation through the U.S. Postal Service. We will email you at the address you specified to let you know that the shipments are on their way.
All shipped El Rodeo orders will be sent via the United States Postal Service media mail with signature confirmation, and generally arrive within two to three weeks of your order.
If you elected to pick up your yearbook when you placed your order, you are the only one authorized to pick up that order. If you won't be able to pick it up, you may authorize someone else to pick it up on your behalf.

If you did not place an order for El Rodeo online in advance, you may still by a copy, while supplies last, either here on the website, or in person at our offices, located on the fourth floor of the Student Union building (STU), room 404.
The cost of the book is $60. We will accept cash, check, USCard discretionary, or credit card.
If you did not pick up your 2008 yearbook order, you may pick up a copy of the 2008 book while supplies last. Unfortunately, we can no longer guarantee availability, so please hurry.
