1) Assist undergraduate and graduate/professional student organizations with their leadership development, program opportunities and collaboration with additional campus departments; 2) Explain LGBT community concerns with faculty, staff and student allies through monthly discussions with campus allies; 3) Coordinate the graduation ceremony called "Lavender Commencement Celebration" with GLBTA and Lambda Alumni Association; 4) Manage the LGBT Mentoring Program; 5) Plan our annual "Generation Queer" Leadership Retreat for the spring semester; 6) Network with neighboring LGBT-friendly resources; 7) And much more!
