    GPSS LGBT Concens Committee

USC is fortunate to have an active graduate and professional student population. The Graduate and Professional Student Senate (GPSS) is the student government for graduate/professional students. In 2002, GPSS created a standing LGBT Concerns Committee to advocate and program for LGBT students and supportive Allies.

This committee meets once a month with representatives from the different LGBT graduate and professional campus organizations. They discuss co-sponsorships for events and coordinate advocacy efforts. Previous events included: SpeedDating, monthly social mixers in West Hollywood, free HIV testing, educational discussions and more.

If you were involved in undergrad and you want to continue their involvement, then get involved with this committee. For more information about this committee, please e-mail lgbt@usc.edu.
