The purpose of this organization is to explore, promote and support the personal and professional issues related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer faculty and staff at USC. Membership is open to all current and retired LGBTQ faculty and staff are encouraged to participate.

Lunch and Learn Tuesdays
The "Lunch and Learn Tuesdays" provides an informative and educational opportunity for participants to discuss issues related to their personal and professional development. Guest speakers from the USC community facilitate these seminars.

LGBT Book Club
The "LGBT Book Club" is a small and intimate group interested in exploring LGBTQ written media.

Family Get-Togethers
"Family Get-Togethers" involve various social activities, i.e. networking mixers, for the alliance membership.
