Welcome parents to the Office for Fraternity and Sorority Leadership Development!
Whether you are a parent of a current member of the greek community or a parent of a student interested in joining the greek community, we hope you will find the information you are searching for.
At USC, the greek community has special opportunities for parents to be involved. In fact, USC is the only greek community in North America with an organized parent support leadership structure. Most chapters have an active parent club that hosts various family events throughout the year. In addition, there is an Intersorority Parents Council and an Interfraternity Parents Council. These groups plan four meetings with university speakers throughout the academic year. They provide support to greek programming and give scholarships to outstanding greek members. USC is the only university that has this enriching parent support network for its greek community. Parents really enjoy USC’s greek parent programming because it gives them opportunities to know their student’s close friends and their families and support their student’s fraternity or sorority.
