The Panhellenic Council (PHC) represents the ten chapters of the National Panhellenic Conference that are chartered at the University of Southern California and one associated member chapter. The Panhellenic Council is the coordinating body for activities which promote the common interests of all sororities on USC's campus. Panhellenic offers a wide variety of programs for members ranging from networking opportunities, job fairs, sorority sports, educational programs and community service.

The Panhellenic Council also sponsors and coordinates USC's sorority recruitment program. Panhellenic is the unifying, governing, and coordinating body of the sorority community. As the communication link between the sororities, campus organizations, and community leaders, Panhellenic serves a multitude of purposes.

Through programming, the Panhellenic Council seeks to provide personal enrichment and knowledge to all greek members. Panhellenic's influence is a crucial part of the sorority experience - one that promotes a stronger greek community.
