Judi Biggs Garbuio, Ph.D.
Judi Biggs Garbuio, associate dean of students, has been affiliated with USC for more than 16 years in a variety of capacities. Currently, she supervises the Academic Recognition Programs, Norman Topping Student Aid Fund, and a new initiative called the SCholars Program that works specifically with low to moderate income transfer students.
