Recreational Sports Offers Health and Sports Programs
Recreational Sports is offering a series of programs, classes and presentations to promote health and fitness through recreational activities. Upcoming programs include Going Green 101 (a one-hour workshop focusing on ways to enhance health and happiness while saving the planet), stretching, nutrition and exercise tips, first aid, lifeguard training, and racquetball.
Classes and programs are open to all students, faculty and staff. Online registration is required at www.usc.edu/recsports. Registration for each class closes one week before the class date.
